After an early breakfast travel to Sri Lanka's hill country via Elephant Orphanage, a institution that has been looking after orphaned or injured elephants that would otherwise have surely died. If you leave the hotel early then you can watch the elephants bath in the river after the youngest babies are milk fed. After lunch you will leave for Kandy and visit temple of tooth relic. Then travel to Ramboda waterfall area. See the beautiful Ramboda waterfall.

This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Observe the magnificent Architecture of that period and experience the tranquility of the atmosphere.
